Our team will visit your yard and carefully remove all pet waste that is: visible, accessible, and safe to do so.
Not at all! Our technicians will bag the poop and take it with us. You do not need to provide to provide us access to your trash cans for disposal.
On a weekly service plan our technicians will service your yard once per week. The bi-weekly service plan will have our technicians service your yard once every two weeks.
My Scooper does not utilize contracts. You are welcome to change, pause, or cancel your service subscription at any time, no fee’s attached.
Yes! Make sure the gares are unlocked and accessible on your service day.
Please let us know in advance if your pet will be outside during your scheduled service. For safety purposes, we may ask that pets be kept indoors during the visit.
